By using the RITZOVA website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the site or submitting an order. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. About RITZOVA
RITZOVA designs and produces custom 3D-printed modular drawer organizers built to your exact specifications. All products are made to order and may not be resold or reproduced without written permission.
2. Custom Orders
All RITZOVA products are custom-manufactured based on the configuration you create using our design tool. Because every order is unique and production begins shortly after payment is confirmed, please review your design carefully before completing checkout. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started.
3. Ordering & Payment
By submitting an order, you confirm that all information you have provided — including your design, shipping address, and contact details — is accurate. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfill it.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in US dollars. The final price shown at checkout — including material costs, print fees, and shipping — is what you will be charged. RITZOVA reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes will not apply to orders that have already been paid and confirmed.
5. Production & Shipping
Production begins within 2 business days of payment confirmation and may take up to an additional 10 business days to complete. Once production is finished, your order will be shipped within 8 business days. Estimated timelines are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. RITZOVA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.
6. Returns & Cancellations
Because all products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was confirmed at checkout, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to make it right. Cancellation requests submitted before production has started may be honored at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the RITZOVA website — including the design tool, graphics, product designs, and branding — is owned by RITZOVA. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the website or its content without our written permission. You retain no rights to the underlying designs or files used to produce your order.
8. Limitation of Liability
RITZOVA's liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. The website and its services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to use the RITZOVA website for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, or to attempt to interfere with the operation of the site. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
10. Changes to These Terms
RITZOVA may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
